Job Brief:

To join our team and help us expand into new markets, we are looking for an Area Manager. In addition to overseeing all day-to-day operations in the new markets, the Area Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our expansion strategy.

Area Manager Duties:
  • Oversee the communication, cooperation, and coordination of the managers and employees in the location that your company has chosen.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with employees, managers, and industry peers.
  • Answer questions and address complaints from employees in the selected location.
  • Provide support for hiring, retaining, and advancement-related activities.
  • Help new hires with their onboarding, training, and development
  • Create and carry out operational goals for your designated region on a monthly and annual basis.
Area Manager Responsibilities:
  • In one or more sites, carry out the responsibilities of four to six employees, including staff management and supervision, project management, and onsite leadership.
  • Manage and designate team supervisors and assistant managers.
  • Create, modify, and monitor a customized schedule for each team member; monitor and record the team members' attendance, working hours, and timeliness.
  • Make reaching the organization's management and profitability goals a top priority.
  • Identifying, nurturing, and retaining high performers will boost team productivity.
  • Perform staff promotions and performance evaluations.
  • Take part in sales and business development operations like prospecting, building relationships with possible clients, and lease negotiations.
  • Provide sales and leasing services, such as identifying, negotiating, and presenting opportunities.
  • Manage billing, collections, and client retention.
  • Analyze and record employee performance.
Requirements And Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance
  • Five or more years of experience in management, retail, or customer service
  • Proven ability to oversee a team of employees.
  • Proven ability to coach, advise, and evaluate team members.
