Job Description:
Mbeya Cement Company Limited (MCCL) is offering a Technicians and Graduates Trainee Program for young, energetic, fresh qualified diploma and degree level graduates from Tanzania. The program aims to provide a ‘Strong Start’ to trainees, enhancing their knowledge and experience with the company. Successful candidates will gain an understanding of the business value chain and relevant technical competences.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in structured training programs across various technical and administrative departments
- Gain a strong understanding of MCCL’s operations and the end-to-end business value chain
- Apply theoretical knowledge to real-life industry problems and solutions
- Work under supervision while demonstrating initiative, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Participate in assigned projects, departmental tasks, and performance evaluations throughout the program
Requirements:
- Completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree within the last 2 years
- Must demonstrate strong academic performance and interest in industrial learning
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Public Administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts and Finance (CPA is an added advantage)
