Position: Site Warehouse Manager

About the Role:
As a Site Warehouse Manager, you will lead inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations at the plant. You’ll oversee goods movement, stock accuracy, and relationships with logistics partners, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of full goods, raw materials, and packaging components
- Supervise warehouse team and ensure timely dispatch of sales orders
- Conduct daily reconciliations of physical and SAP records
- Handle returnable packaging (empties) tracking and reconciliation
- Ensure timely reporting, space utilization, and safety in the yard
- Collaborate with procurement and finance on material compliance
- Maintain performance reviews with 3PL partners and ensure KPIs are met
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Strong analytical, supervisory, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with SAP and warehouse safety procedures
