Operation Manager in hospitality Vacancy at VIGOR Group of Companies Tanzania
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes effectively.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with operations software/tools is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
