What You’ll Do

As part of our dynamic sales team, you will:

  • Maximize sales revenue through distributors, dealers, and other partners in your assigned territory.
  • Work alongside partners to execute activities required to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels at distributor and trade levels, identify distribution gaps, and escalate issues to management.
  • Sell Vodafone products and services directly to customers through face-to-face engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective management of resellers within the territory.
  2. Implement sales and distribution strategies across your region.
  3. Ensure continuous product availability by coordinating effective distribution.
  4. Manage distribution of branding and promotional materials to build visibility and dealer/consumer loyalty.
  5. Identify trade promotion needs and advise your line manager accordingly.
  6. Execute and support all promotional initiatives within the territory.
  7. Monitor and report on competitor activity, recommending action where necessary.
  8. Support distribution partners by helping develop action plans to meet sales goals.
  9. Coach and monitor dealer staff, working alongside them to build skills.
  10. Train all partners on Vodafone’s product and service offerings.
  11. Maintain retail execution standards and distributor operating norms (stocking, availability, pricing, POS).
  12. Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  13. Provide ongoing market intelligence reports on competitor activities.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent in Business, Sales Management, or a related field.

Experience & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to meet short-term sales targets in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High level of personal integrity and work ethic.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Vodafone’s products, services, and pricing is an advantage.
