Position: Systems Specialist / Sr. Technician – Technology

Reports to:
- Project Manager
- Technical Operations Supervisor/Manager
- Integrated Solutions Manager
Role Purpose:
To design, implement, install, and maintain a wide range of security and technology systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Fire Detection, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys, design technical solutions, and install systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control, electric fences, VHF radios)
- Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance
- Provide detailed technical documentation and reports
- Coordinate with technical teams and external contractors
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in security system installations
- Knowledge of networking (e.g., CCNA certification is a plus)
- Experience with brands like Hikvision, Avigilon, Axis, Genetec, etc.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Visio, and AutoCAD is advantageous
