The Director of Arusha City Council is inviting qualified and interested Tanzanians to apply for the job vacancies listed below, following the receipt of the permit with Ref. No. FA/97/228/01/A/25 dated April 29, 2025, from the Permanent Secretary, President’s Office – Public Service Management. The approval covers the following positions:
1. Driver II – 15 Posts

Requirements:
- A recent passport-size photo must be uploaded to the Recruitment Portal.
- Applicants currently employed in the Public Service must not apply, as per Circular No. CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 dated 30th November 2010.
- Retired public servants are not eligible to apply.
- Indicate three reputable referees with their current and reliable contacts.
Certificates obtained from foreign examination bodies for Form IV and VI education must be verified by NECTA. Similarly, all professional certificates from foreign universities or training institutions must be verified by TCU (for university qualifications) and NACTE (for technical qualifications).
